The third installment of the V-Cinema version of the V-Cinema trilogy of the Heisei Kamen Rider series "Kamen Rider Ex-Aid" that saves people through games and medical care. Set two years after the events of the movie version of "Kamen Rider Ex-Aid: True Ending," the film depicts the activities of the Riders as they confront a new threat posed by Reito Dan, the root of evil. The final game "Zombie Chronicles" set up by Reito Dan, who has the new gashat "God Maximum Mighty X", causes the world to panic. Realizing the existence of the key to stop Reito, who has gained immense power, Kiriya confronts Genmu alone with the words entrusted to him by Masamune in his heart.
